Hamner of Creation:

The wielder of the Hamner of Creation increases the starting progress of all quests to upgrade or create a non-mundane artifact by 1d4. All artifacts made while wielding the Hamner of Creation gain a 10% chance of being one Quality higher at creation. If an artifact is lost while this artifact is equipped, there is a 15% chance that it instead is not. Additional Effect At the beginning of the war session the wielder may summon the Salt King unit. This does not go against the their unit cap.
